This is a fair point but hopefully the reasons below will give you some insight as well as some inside information.
- Discounts – Did yu know that Graceland offers discounts for Veterans fo Military Service? Well they do adn while it varies it’s prety decent and something extra for us to say thank you.
- Radiant Barriers – Graceland buildings are built to new home standards, and even exceed them in some ways with 4ft. studs on 16-inch centers. Part of these options though include a radiant barrier. If you aren’t familiar, this is a layer of insulation applied to the roof inside a building which acts as insulation lowering the temperature by fifteen degrees in summer and keeping heat inside during the winter. It’s available for every Graceland building but is not installed on every one unless requested or included.
- Sales All The Time – Graceland has sales all the time, every month, on their buildings. While this doesn’t apply to every single building, it applies to many. For example, we have lots of pre-owned inventory in our system and so there is a sale on them with deep discounts in some cases. We pass that savings on to you but it does change on a monthly basis.
- Your BUilding Your Way – Graceland offers over 1200 different configurations of business in their system. However, not all models are available at all dealers. So if we don’t have it, and can’t find it in our system of Graceland dealers in Southeast Texas or Southwest Louisiana, our factory in Kirbyville can build it for you. Building takes about 203 weeks and then it can be delivered to you at your place. So if we don’t have yoru building, fear not. Press on a bit with us and let us check around or build it for you.
